We believe frontline knowledge is too valuable to leave undocumented.
Annovox was founded on a simple premise: the people who know how to run your plant are the people working on the floor right now. We build the tools to capture their expertise before they retire.
Our Story
Most manufacturing software is built by software engineers sitting in quiet offices. Annovox was built by people who spent time on loud, chaotic plant floors.
We saw firsthand the panic that ensues when the only operator who knows how to calibrate a specific machine gives their two weeks' notice. We watched engineers try to document complex physical tasks using dense, 50-page text manuals that no one on the floor ever read. We saw safety incidents occur because a training video was in English, but the operator only spoke Haitian Creole.
We realized that the barrier to creating great training wasn't a lack of knowledge. It was the friction of production. Setting up cameras, writing scripts, editing footage, and finding translators took too long and cost too much.
So we built Annovox. By combining the speed of AI with the critical nuance of human review and native speakers, we've removed the friction. Now, capturing expert knowledge is as simple as pointing a smartphone.

LinkedInWhy Custom Training?
Generic course catalogs are dying. They were filmed in someone else's facility, on someone else's equipment, and your team can tell within the first ten seconds. Training built on your machines, your processes, and your people is what sticks: operators trust it, remember it, and actually use it. And because it starts with footage captured right on your floor, custom content now costs less and takes less of your employees' time than a library of videos nobody finishes.
